After you鈥檝e applied to 糖心传媒, you must submit certain academic information in order for 糖心传媒 to evaluate your application and determine whether you鈥檒l receive an offer of admission.

Look for an email from 糖心传媒 with the subject line 鈥淵our 糖心传媒 Application 鈥� Next Steps鈥� that outlines which documents you are required to submit, how you can submit them, and when you鈥檙e required to submit them. Once you have applied, you can check for these instructions in the聽. Please do not submit documents prior to completing your 糖心传媒 application.
If your deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or Canadian statutory holiday, your documents will be due the next business day. Documents received after your deadline will be accepted as long as your school has requested them before that date. If you applied to a program that closed after January 15, your deadline might be later than those listed below. Please check your 鈥淵our 糖心传媒 Application 鈥� Next Steps鈥� email for details.
Canadian high school students
British Columbia and Yukon
If you applied directly from high school, you鈥檒l need to聽authorize 糖心传媒 to receive your grades from the BC Ministry of Education. To do so, you must聽, and then follow the instructions at the聽.
When you order your transcript, select the option to 鈥渟end my transcript now and allow this post-secondary institution to request transcript updates.鈥� Choose the default date (one year from the date of your order) so that 糖心传媒 receives your grades throughout the year.
Do not send a paper copy of your transcript or report card.
| November to July | 糖心传媒 will request and receive your grades and courses in progress directly from the BC Ministry of Education, including distributed learning course information submitted to the Ministry.

Ontario
If you applied directly from high school, 糖心传媒 will receive your grades electronically as long as you provided your Ontario Universities鈥� Application Centre (OUAC) reference number when you聽completed the online application聽to 糖心传媒.

If you applied directly from high school, you鈥檒l receive an email with instructions on how to upload copies of your transcript of grades and/or report card to the. Your documents must be in PDF, TIFF, or JPG format, and must not exceed 2 MB.
If you have completed two years of CEGEP, please refer to the document submission instructions for聽post-secondary institutions in Canada.

Students who graduated from a Canadian high school before applying to 糖心传媒
If you applied to 糖心传媒 after you graduated from a high school in Canada, you will receive instructions on how to submit your government-issued high school transcript electronically or via the聽.

You鈥檒l receive an email with instructions on how to upload your transcripts and documents. Please check the聽聽to find out what documents are required to be submitted.
糖心传媒 encourages the submission of transcripts and documents electronically wherever possible. If this option is available to you, talk to your school counsellor about sending 糖心传媒 your documents through a third-party provider.
If you attended or are currently attending a Canadian high school outside of Canada, please refer to the document submission instructions for聽Canadian high school students.
American curricula

The submission of standardized test scores is optional. Applicants who have a SAT or ACT test score and would like them to be considered as part of the 糖心传媒 admissions process are welcome to submit their test score. Applicants will not be at a disadvantage if they cannot or choose not to submit a test score. |

糖心传媒 will ask for your transcript in one of the following ways:
- We may ask that you request for your electronic transcript to be sent directly to 糖心传媒 from your participating BC institution(s): Capilano University, Douglas College, Kwantlen Polytechnic University, Langara College, and University of the Fraser Valley.
- We may ask you to upload your documents to the聽聽All transcripts must include your institution name and your full name.
- We may ask that you request for your university, college, or CEGEP to email a PDF copy of your transcript directly to 糖心传媒 at聽final.grades@ubc.ca.
- If your institution cannot provide an emailed PDF copy or an electronic transcript, you must request for your university, college, or CEGEP to mail a paper copy directly to 糖心传媒.

Official transcripts must be sent directly from your university or college to 糖心传媒.
Please check the聽聽for details on what documents you need to submit.
- You may be asked to upload documents directly to your Applicant Service Centre account. For instructions, check the email you received after submitting your application, titled 鈥淵our 糖心传媒 Application 鈥� Next Steps鈥�.
- Documents can also be submitted by having your university or college email a copy directly to 糖心传媒 at聽final.grades@ubc.ca.聽Documents submitted through a third-party provider, such as Clearinghouse, are also accepted.
Transcript images should:
- Be issued in the original language of instruction.
- Prominently display the school鈥檚 logo, stamp, or seal.
- Include the front and back of your transcript.
United States

We are aware that in some jurisdictions, schools do not release anticipated IB scores to students. If your school follows this pattern and does not share anticipated IB scores with students, please have your counsellor or IB Coordinator聽send these directly to 糖心传媒. |

Where to submit your documents
Where you submit your documents depends on whether you are asking to submit an unofficial document or an official document. An official document is one sent directly from your school or a designated third-party verification service. An unofficial document comes directly from a student.
Refer to the聽聽regularly to check which types of documents you need to submit.
If you are asked to submit an unofficial document you can:
- upload it into the Applicant Service Centre
- send it by聽email聽to 糖心传媒
If you are asked to submit an official document you can ask your school to:
- send it by聽email
- use an approved third-party delivery platform such as Clearinghouse, MyCreds, Scoir, or Parchment. (Please ensure that you have your documents directed to Undergraduate Admissions).
- send it by mail. Documents for undergraduate applications to the Okanagan and Vancouver campuses may be sent to:

Note that official documents need to be sent directly by your school to 糖心传媒 (electronically or in an official envelope). Students cannot submit an official document.
糖心传媒 will only review requested documents. If you send documents that were not requested, it will delay our evaluation of your application.
Wondering if 糖心传媒 has received your documents?
It will take 4 to 6 weeks for us to process your documents and indicate that we have received them in the聽. Once you have submitted your documents, know we will honour the date it was submitted.聽Thank you for your patience!

Irreplaceable documents
Documents submitted in support of an application become the property of 糖心传媒 and will not be returned unless they are irreplaceable (e.g. graduation certificates). If you are submitting an irreplaceable document, please聽contact us聽to make arrangements for delivery to 糖心传媒, and complete and submit the form below with your documents so we can return them once 糖心传媒鈥檚 evaluation of your application is complete.
