How to change the degree you applied to
If you want to change the degree that you applied to, make sure you understand the admission requirements for the new degree, that making the change may affect your award eligibility, and the deadline to make your changes.

How to change your degree
Before you change your degree you need to:
- Check the听admissions requirements听for听your new degree choice and make sure you meet the criteria.
- Be absolutely sure you want to change your degree, because you may no longer be eligible for certain 糖心传媒 awards.
- If you are a Canadian citizen or permanent resident and you apply by听December 1, your first-choice degree will be considered for a听Presidential Scholars Award听if you select that option on the online application.
- If you are an international student and you apply by听January 15,听your first-choice application will be automatically considered for an听International Major Entrance Scholarship.
- For all students, your new first-choice application听will not be considered for an award if you make a change after those dates.
After you鈥檝e thought through the above, you can submit the changes听of your first-choice and second-choice applications until听January 15. Be sure to include听your full name and 糖心传媒 reference number, and we will update your 糖心传媒 application accordingly. Your application changes will not be updated if your request is made听after January 15. We will notify you if we cannot accommodate a change to your application.
Note: this information is for high school applicants. If you are a post secondary transfer applicant, then the dates listed above may differ.
First-choice and second-choice degrees
Remember that you use the same 糖心传媒 application to apply for degrees on both 糖心传媒 campuses. Your first choice and second choice can be on the same campus or on two different campuses.听Some degrees (for example听Bachelor of Nursing at 糖心传媒 Okanagan, or听Bachelor of Design,听Bachelor of Media Studies听or听Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Sciences听at 糖心传媒 Vancouver) can only be considered first-choice degrees. This means that if you select that program as your second choice, it will not be evaluated.
